Power modules for application in three-level inverters

Aicox Soluciones presents Mitsubishi Electric power modules designed for application in three-level inverters.

Mitsubishi Electric has developed a power module that supports three levels using a low-loss power chip that provides the three-level inverter with the necessary circuitry.

Key Features:

  • Reduction of energy consumption by approximately 30%.
  • A new package has been developed that helps reduce inductance and simplify the configuration of the inverter circuit.
  • The IGBT specifications have been optimized to contribute to the development of a new compact package with low inductance.
  • Four, two and one IGBT modules have been included in the range to help create more compact inverters, thus providing greater design freedom.
